Background and Early Development
TechItOut, the Technical Fit Out Company was founded by Peter Lowe in September 2009. TechItOut is based in London and Surrey, with good access to service London and the South of the UK.
Peter Lowe, a graduate from the University of Leeds in 1995, has over 15 years first hand experience in the commercial fit-out and technical relocation industries.
Now well into its second year of trading, TechItOut is delivering excellent service levels and delivering strong growth, driven by Peter and his management team with whom he shares over 30 years industry experience.
From the first to the second year, we are achieving growth of circa 100%, with an expectation of a turnover of £1.1m year two, and £1.5m+ in year three.
To support our continued development, carefully selected key personnel have been recruited, including an additional key project manager, and two further qualified engineers.
Overview
Our key services are office fit-out, structured cabling, audio visual solutions, and electrical services.
When a turnkey solution is required, TechItOut provides a complete package from design service through to installation, and maintenance.
All our structured cabling installations are backed by a leading UK manufacturer 25 year warranty. Our electrical installations come with either ECA or NIC EIC certification.
Via our Support Services Team, we also carryout and manage moves and changes for organizations, including staff, equipment, I.T. equipment, server infrastructure and data centre relocations.
Piece of Mind
TechItOut is fully insured, with £5m public liability, £500,000 professional indemnity cover and goods in transit policies are available upon request.
Most of our staff are fully security vetted, including completion of CRB and CTC checks.
